1. Introduction

CallPayNow provides software that helps independent professionals sell and manage paid consultations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data when you use our website, qualification flow, booking pages, dashboard, and related services.

2. Data We Collect

Account and profile data: name, email, professional profile, business information, country, booking page settings, and onboarding answers.

Qualification data: professional category, client mix, pricing, monthly volume, tools used, professional footprint, urgency, business status, VAT status, and internal scoring outputs.

Booking data: client name, client email, session time, duration, price, status, and communication metadata.

Payment-related data: Stripe account status, payment identifiers, payout status, dispute or refund metadata. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical data: IP-derived region, browser, device, referral URL, pages viewed, analytics events, and product diagnostics.

We may process full IP addresses transiently for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection. Analytics systems may use anonymized, truncated, or region-derived data where supported.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under Article 6 legal bases including contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required.

Contract performance covers account creation, bookings, payments, support, and platform operation.

Legitimate interests include fraud prevention, product analytics, qualification prioritization, service security, and improving onboarding.

Legal obligation covers accounting, tax, compliance, dispute handling, and payment processor requirements.

Consent is used where required for non-essential cookies or optional analytics.

4. How We Use Data

We use personal data to operate the platform, create booking pages, process bookings, support Stripe payment flows, send transactional emails, provide customer support, improve product performance, detect misuse, and prioritize access requests.

5. Qualification Scoring Safeguards

Qualification scores and internal tags are used only for operational prioritization, fraud prevention, onboarding review, and access management.

No legally significant decision is made solely by automated scoring.

Where applicable, users may request human review.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use essential cookies to keep the service secure and functional.

Analytics may include CTA clicks, onboarding dropoff, session completion, conversion events, feature usage, and product diagnostics.

Analytics or preference cookies are used only where permitted by law and, where required, based on consent.

More details are available in our Cookie Policy.

7. Controllers and Processors

CallPayNow acts as a data controller for account, qualification, website, support, and platform usage data.

For some booking-related data entered by consultants about their clients, consultants may also act as independent controllers under applicable law.

Stripe, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and infrastructure vendors may act as processors or independent controllers depending on their role and terms.

A list of major subprocessors may be provided upon request where applicable.

8. Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect identity, business, tax, payment, and compliance data directly from consultants and clients.

Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms apply to data it processes as a payment provider.

CallPayNow does not store full card numbers or bank account credentials.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.

Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, contractual protections, and vendor security commitments.

10. Retention Periods

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal, fraud prevention, and support purposes.

Booking and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for accounting, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Qualification submissions may be retained for up to 3 years to manage access, review decisions, and GTM analysis.

Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form where possible and according to vendor retention settings.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a copy of your data, or withdraw consent.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise rights, contact support@callpaynow.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

12. Data Deletion Process

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting support@callpaynow.com.

Some data may need to be retained where required for tax, accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or compliance obligations.

Deletion from backups may take additional time according to technical backup cycles.

13. Security Limitations

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data.

No internet service, payment system, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or data practices evolve.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
